What owners ask us
Your stock is held at our partner warehouse. We'll give you the exact location when we scope your account.
You send it in batches with a stock list. We count it in and check it against the list before it goes on the shelf.
Returned parcels are inspected. Sellable items go back into stock. Damaged ones are set aside and reported to you with photos.
Courier charges are shown separately from our own fee, so you can see each cost on its own. We agree the fee structure before we start.
Confirmed orders are packed and handed to the courier as quickly as the day's volume allows. We agree a dispatch time with you when we scope your account.
Yes, we can arrange a visit once your account is set up.
Fulfilment is charged per order, on top of your chosen pricing model. The figure depends on your volume and packing needs, and we give it to you on the first call.
Stock is counted when it arrives and checked again at regular intervals. Any difference is flagged to you, not quietly absorbed.
We plan staffing and courier capacity with you in advance, using your drop calendar, so a big launch doesn't catch the warehouse by surprise.
